Shareholders Approve Acquisition of Kobil By Kenol
The Board of Directors of Kenya Oil Company Limited (Kenol) are pleased to announce the approval by its Shareholders, the acquisition of Kobil Petroleum Limited by Kenol, during an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on the 19th day of December, 2007. This follows earlier approvals by the Finance Minister and by the Capital Markets Authority of this acquisition.
