We have the largest commercial market share for fuels, LPG and lubricants in Rwanda.

We market and sell black and white fuels to our retail and commercial customers across the country. We also export to neighboring markets especially Eastern DRC. Our white fuels include PMS, RMS, Diesel and Kerosene while the black fuels include Black Oil and Bitumen.

Retail

We have the widest Service Station network in Rwanda with our outlets spread allover the country. We have our Kobil branded Service Stations in all major towns and key roads.


In addition to motor fuels, we sell lubricants and K-Gas at our Service Stations. We also have non-fuel businesses such as fast food restaurants and banking facilities at the Stations.

Commercial


We have the largest commercial market share for fuels, LPG and lubricants in Rwanda. Our key commercial clients are in the construction, manufacturing and power generation sectors of the economy. We supply China Henan International, China Geo Engineering, China Roads and Bridges, Bralirwa S.A.R.L, Angelique International, Steelrwa Limited, the American Embassy, British Embassy, UNHCR, Tigo, and Rwandatel.


We are the supplier of choice for many commercial enterprises in Rwanda because of our reliability, very good customer relations and competitive pricing.

Our I-Fuel is a technology that has revolutionarized fleet fuel management in Rwanda.

We were the first oil marketing company to introduce into Rwanda an electronic fuel management system, I-Fuel. I-Fuel is an advance GPRS based fuel management system that accord motorists particularly fleet motorists’ firm control of their purchases and consumption.
I-fuel has become a very popular product within a very short period of time especially with organizations because of it saves costs. The Card is available in pre-paid and post-paid payment formats.

Our I-Fuel is a technology that has revolutionarized fleet fuel management in Rwanda. Going forward, we will keep innovating products and services that make our customers enjoy every bit of their motoring experience.

We sell lubricants in bulk to our commercial customers.

We retail our Kobil brand of lubricants our Service Stations network and appointed resellers. In addition, we sell lubricants in bulk to our commercial customers.
We sell automotive and industrial lubricants to our growing list of clients in key economic sectors including building and construction, manufacturing, and service industry. Some of our key commercial clients include China Roads and Bridges, China Henan, Braliwa, and Cimerwa.

Kobil lubricants are of the highest quality and are the benchmark upon which the quality and suitability of other lubricants are gauged.

Our key commercial clients include Serena Hotel, various hospitals and manufacturing firms such as Aquasan.

We sell K-Gas to our retail customers through our Service Stations and appointed dealers including leading supermarket chains such as Nakumatt. In addition, we supply our commercial customers in bulk. Our key commercial clients include Serena Hotel, various hospitals and manufacturing firms such as Aquasan.

We command the largest growing market share of the LPG business in Rwanda. Because of this market growth and increasing demand of K-Gas, we commissioned LPG filling and storage plant in 2009. The plant has greatly enhanced our capacity to supply the local market as well as stock up for export.

Ever since the Government of Rwanda initiated a sustained campaign to promote cooking gas as a cheaper alternative to wood fuel as part of its broad environmental conservation efforts, demand for K-Gas keeps growing. With the LPG plant therefore, we are well positioned to meet the growing LPG demand in the country.

We completed the reconstruction of the Remera Service Station in Kigali to include non-fuel business facilities.

We are developing the non-fuels business segment as a key revenue stream and central component of our business growth strategy.

We are restructuring our Service Stations to include infrastructure for supermarkets, pharmacies, fast food shops, and phone shops. Recently, we completed the reconstruction of the Remera Service Station in Kigali to include non-fuel business facilities.

We have entered into business partnerships with Tigo, Rwandatel as well as Ecobank and Bank Populaire to use our facilities to render their services.
