As part of the KenolKobil Group human capacity development programme, our staff benefits from high level industry trainings in Israel and the unique Management Development Programme (MDP).

We do not limit our human capacity enhancement efforts to just our staff. We include business partners and contracted service providers. We have in place a routine training programme for our Service Station dealers and attendants on product handling and efficient customer service. The essence of these trainings is to guarantee quality service for our esteemed customers.

In addition to Company organised trainings, we encourage our staff to enhance their skills and competencies by undertaking own organised professional and career courses.
