To ensure that we attract and retain the best talent on the African continent we have put together a basket of incentives which include a uniquely crafted Management Development Programme (MDP), trainings in international oil markets such as Israel and Britain as well as a provision for outstanding subsidiary staff being appointed to expatriate level positions within the KenolKobil Group.
To ensure that our employees are key stakeholders in the Company, the KenolKobil Group was the first indigenous African oil marketing company outside of South African to adopt the Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) as a reward scheme for exemplary staff. Unlike many such arrangements, the KenolKobil Group ESOP is a unique employee reward scheme which gives outstanding staff a shareholding stake in the Company.
